Why did the new update glitch all of my devices?

My devices are glitching out now. I use my old phone to play music and now it won’t play music. My phone won’t make calls or receive calls from certain people. My car doesn’t recognize that I have my phone plugged into the USB now. It charges my phone but it doesn’t recognize it to play music. This update is irritating me beyond belief. It’s more irritating than the “I” glitch before the update.
