I turned on my two-verification security for my another apple id but I don't access to my number and I can't sign in into my apple id . pls show me how to reach the security code with out sending to that phone number is it possible to send it to my email?

I'm assuming you've got two-step verification rather than two-factor authentication, since you talk about the code being sent to your phone. The code can only be sent to the phone you nominated as your trusted device.
If this is the case and you have the password but not the phone, and you didn't nominate any alternative phones, you will need the Recovery Code you were given when you started 2SV and were told to keep safe.
Hopefully you've got that, because if you haven't there is no way of your getting into your ID.
