I have a problem whit my apple id ...

‘ your apple id is disable ‘

I have a problem whit payment , my card is block from Apple . Can you reblock it or fix it , i dont have another card and i cant update , download or pay for apps ?

Please help .

I try to recovery my pass for 4-5 times from thrusted number ( my number ) . My pass are change , but i don’t receve a message for complete the recovery . I try whit making new Apple ID , but cant register my pay card ( she is block from apple)

Before 3-4 weeks i have problem whit payment whit Apple music membership, i wrote a mail to apple and they stop the payment and back my money and block my card .

Now i wrote again for this problem ( with my card ) but still not receve answer.

P.s. sorry my english is not very good .
