Well, you have not given us any clues about what happens when you try. So here are a few guesses:


  • Perhaps your iPhone is restricted. Check Settings > General > Restrictions
  • Perhaps you have not fully set up your Apple ID - including a credit card
  • Perhaps your Apple ID is disabled
  • Perhaps you have changed countries
