Airpods disconnect after a few seconds

Anyone else have their Airpods disconnect after a few seconds? I'm using one at a time. Doesn't matter which I am using. I place it in my ear, get the chime, start music playing, and get a few seconds of the song before they disconnect.

Checked the battery, both Aipods and case are above 95%. I tried forgetting the Airpods, restarting the phone, and pairing again. The issue continues.

Just started today.
