Iphone 5 turned blue while using a Textme app. My lock screen button has been broken so I use assistive touch and while my phone is still blue, my assistive touch is still active but only lets me lock screen but not completly shut down my phone. Still vibrates with notifications. Had a LSD/screen and battery replacement a few months ago.

It sounds like you bought a really cheap screen, or Dr Cell Phone is not competent to repair iPhones. If you also bought a really cheap battery there's a substantial danger of your phone catching fire. Did Dr Cell Phone also break your HOME button, requiring you to use assistive touch?
There's not much you can do now except throw the phone away.
If I'm not wrong the phone has to get repaired.

Dr. Cell Phone a local iphone repair shop in my area. I bought my own screen and battery from Amazon
Sorry. Either find a competent 3rd party repair shop or follow Lawrence's advice and dispose of it safely and buy a new phone. Apple won't touch it since it's been tampered with.
