You can't. The best you can do is subscribe to Apple Music. See:
where it says: With Apple Music, you get access to the entire Apple Music catalog of songs, playlists, videos, and more. You can access your library on all of your devices as long as you're signed in to all of your devices with the same Apple ID and iCloud Music Library is turned on.
