ITunes 11.7 installation problems

I just bought the new IPhone 8 Plus which requires the last version of ITunes 11.7.

I need sync with ITunes in my PC Sony Vaio using Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

I downloaded from ITunes (64x) correctly, but the installation process fails, I have tried several times with no success.

The message I got "The installation of Apple Application Support did not complete successfully"

Then I have to click the "Finish" button, and I Try again and again.

What is the problem? What I need to do ? Can you help me?

I assume you really mean iTunes 12.7. In any case, see Note 1 in the Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components section of turingtest2's excellent troubleshooting guide at:

Correct is ITunes 12.7, my bad. So, I tried uninstall the programs sequenced as says in the link you posted, but I can not uninstall QTimes...my laptop send me next message: "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed".

How do I fix this ? Thanks
