Activation of iPad

My mini iPad was repaired but now I cannot activate it with my Apple ID because,I changed my Password ,more over I do not have access to my Hotmail acc. as it was deactivated and it happens to be the account used when I first login to my iPad . I have my recovery mail account.Pl help.

Fix your Apple ID by changing to a working e-mail, then take the device to an Apple Store.

Apple ID Name Change

Apple ID email address or password - What to do after you change I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

Take the device, the original purchase receipt, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
