Have you contacted your carrier for advice and if so, what was suggested?

Is the new phone compatible with the carrier and do you have the correct sim?

Have you performed a carrier reset and service update on the new phone?

You’ll need to contact your carrier and transfer your service to the new device. They should be able to do that over the air for you, or you can likely login to your account on their web site and do it yourself.
