bootcamp audio controlling bar

Is it normal that bootcamp shows the windows audio controlling bar ( the blue one on the right ) instead of the one like macOS and with the clicking sound effect ( like the onebellow ) ? I've installed many version of windows 10 and manually installed the drivers again, but the result still remains the same. If this is normal, is it possible to change it back to the one with beep? Thanks!!

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

On my 2012 MBP, I see both images. I do not have a screen shot handy.

No. I have no need to use High Sierra on my critical Macs. Sierra is the highest I run on my Macs.

I think I should downgrade to Sierra, there's so many problems with high Sierra and bootcamp.

Sierra does not have the immature APFS issues that High Sierra does.
