Pages for iPad - Side by Side view

Hello all,

This is my first ipad (128 gb, Gen 5, I believe). Until a few days ago, I could side swipe and use my Final Draft app alongside Pages. I could also view 2 Pages side-by-side. But now I can’t do either. It’s important that I see multiple Pages documents at once.

Does anyone know how to ”restore” this?

Thanks,

HigherIos

Hello Higherios,

It sounds like you're having some trouble using all the great Multitasking features on your iPad. I want to help you get that working.

First, let's make sure you're following the directions for Multitasking, as seen here:
Use Multitasking on your iPad - Apple Support

If that's not working as expected, let's force your apps to close, and restart your iPad:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Let me know if that helps.
