Can I change the text that's written in TextEdit's "Transformations" contextual menu that appears when right-clicking?

Here's a geeky request I'll bet no-one's ever been asked before, but does anyone out there know how I can change the text highlighted in the attached screenshot?

So instead of it saying:

Make Upper Case

Make Lower Case

Capitalize

I would prefer for it to say:

MAKE ALL CAPS

make lower case

Capitalize Each Word

I use the function ALL THE TIME and I ALWAYS hit the wrong option!

Can I find where this text is written in the app bundle and type over it?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.
