How to update to a specific update

How do I update to a specific update? I want to update to 11.1.1 due to constraints from my job, but it only offers 11.1.2 on the update section, in my settings.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.1

Apple’s iOS update system, either wifi or via iTunes, has never allowed the user to select or specify a release. You will always be limited to the current release compatible with your detected hardware.
