Boot Camp Frozen in Partitioning Disk

I've installed windows 10 for my MacBook Air but now I'm trying to do the same to my IMac. I've waisted more than an hour waiting for Boot Camp to partition the disk. I can't close it either because it tells me "This disk operation is in progress. Please wait until it completes." Because of it saying I need to wait I'm not sure if this is correct. The windows' section is 330 GB big and for the mac it is 669 GB + 19 GB free (1TB). When ever I want to open anything my Mac freezes. I'm running macOS High Sierra. Can someone tell me if i should wait or should I do something. Thank you.
