Cannot update iOS to 11.1.2 for X

I would try to follow the steps here provided (last section "Remove and download the iOS update again"):

Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support

If nothing changes, I would try to update your device connecting it to a computer running the latest version of iTunes (12.7.1).

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on

Then go to settings -general -about -software update check for 11.1.2 update

If it,s Not there try later.
