Solving whats making a kernel panic problem on my imac

I have an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)

3.2 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

AMD Radeon R9 M380 2048 MB

Problem is at random times my imac just shuts down and restarts. The only thing I do that may be different from most people is that I run windows using a Parallels pvm file as I need windows to do my work.

I am hoping someone can help because I dont understand anything on the report that my imac generates.
