Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I cannot login to my another account, I got we cannot process your request, please try again later. Even I try to reset the password, it still the same.

My ipad mini got locked and I try to put my password but I got: "Incorrect password". I try to login and reset my password but it said: we cannot process your request, please try again later. what is going on??

If you're talking about the passcode to unlock your device, read this:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you're talking about the password to sign in with your Apple ID, read this:

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

or

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
