after updating ios 11 i am facing problem while connecring to video call in whatsapp nd fb messenger i can hear there voice but they cant hear my voice why

After upadating ios 11 i am facing froblem in whatsapp video calling nd in fb messenger.i can hear them but they cant hear me . Its working in facetime. But not in that two app . Why its happening . Plz solve the problem
