How do I transfer over my text messages to my iPhone X

I understand that you'd like to transfer text messages to your new iPhone, and I'm happy to help. There is not a way to only transfer text messages, but you can move the content from your old iPhone to your new iPhone using the article that is referenced at the top of the thread:
