Can't view my purchase history on App Store

Hi everyone,

I've been having problems with this for a week or so now and can't seem to find a solution.

I want to view my purchase history of my apps on the App Store - that's all. I tried on my iPhone and iPad using the method via Settings etc., but every time I click on "Purchase History", it asks for my password. I type it in, it thinks about it, then it asks for my password again. I do it about 10 times to no success. I tried typing in a wrong password and it came back with "wrong password", so it must know that my password is correct! This happens on both my iPhone and iPad.

Today I tried the same on my MacBook, via iTunes and then Account, View my Account etc. etc. Exact same thing - I click on Purchase History and it asks for my password loads of times and can never seem to process it.

I have an English Apple-ID and a German ID. The English one works fine and it shows me all my purchases on my MacBook. My German one is the one I'm having problems with. I don't think the mixture of the two is the problem, because my iPad is new and has only ever been connected to my German Apple-ID.

Has anyone had this problem before and know how to solve it?
