High Sierra - MacPhun Snapheal issue

Ok, I was to fast with my above post. I tried sending another message to MacPhun, this time they answered within 15 minutes. So I guess last time something went wrong.

I told them my problems started since the high Sierra update and that I use the App Store version which has seen it's latest update in 2016. I got an email with delete instructions. Further a link with the Snapheal CK version and a serial. So I got the 1.7 version and it works just fine 🙂

I don't know which "Snapheal" version you are using (original, App Store, or CK), but Snapheal CK had a recent update 1.7 for High Sierra and no longer exhibits the problem. The current App Store version is 3.1, and it does seem to have the problem you describe.

I have the non-App Store version which I bought from them directly. It is Snapheal CK. Updating to version 1.7 fixed it for me.

Thanks for reminding me to update my CK versions. Updating Snapheal CK to version 1.7 made it useable again for me too.

I contacted to developer back in October and confirmed they have an issue and working on that. Is December and still the same issue. The version I have is the App Store version 3.1 (1193).

. Hope they fix this ASAP.

Hope will not do it - you have to actually contact MacPhun support to get support from them For all we know they have already fixed this and you have not updated, contact them re their products

Snapheal CK 1.7 version is compatible with MacOS High Sierra

Thank you. I had already submitted a support ticket with them before I found this forum topic in a Google search. I think the more people that verify this issue, the higher priority it becomes for the software producer to fix.

I have the same issue - using the current App Store version. I have written to the Developers and I am waiting for their response.

I have the Mac App Store version of Snapheal 3.1 as well and I am getting the same error. I cannot use SnapHeal at the moment. Hope they fix this ASAP.

I have the same problem with the App Store version of the program. I contact Snapheal support looooooong time ago, I never got an answer...
