iPhone Folders won’t open

My iPhone folders won’t open with I touch them. Therefore, I can’t access my apps within my folders.

If I'm understanding correctly, you are having trouble accessing apps located in folders. I will be happy to help. Let's try a restart to see if that helps.

Restart: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Next see if you can create a new folder:
