I already contacted my bank, they said to contact ITunes. In bank they can only see that ITunes took 79,99$. For all explanations bank said that I must contact ITunes. So please tell me what should I do in this situation?

You are not talking to iTunes Support on here, we are just fellow users.

You've checked the purchase history of all iTunes accounts linked to the card (e.g. including, if you are a family share organiser, family members accounts) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

If it doesn’t show on the account(s) (and if it can't be : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) the card issuer should deal with it
