I received a message that I paid $79.99 for something but i have not received any services from you and want my money back. What should I do in this situation?

I have been charged 79.99$ from my credit card and would like to know what happed? because I am subscribed only for Apple Music 4,99 and iCloud 50gb storage plan 0,99 per month. also there is no information about this 79,99$ in purchase history on website.

I already contacted my bank, they said to contact ITunes. In bank they can only see that ITunes took 79,99$. For all explanations bank said that I must contact ITunes. So please tell me what should I do in this situation?

It could be a scam.

As I don't know what form the message took, here are some alternative ways to proceed.

Apple will always address you by your name or the name they know you by and that email will always come from an address which ends ‘@apple.com’.

Remember ... never to click on a link within a pop-up or any email that you suspect.
