UNABLE TO CHANGE ITUNES STORE/APPLE MUSIC LANGUAGE FROM DEFAULT TO ENGLISH
I live in Hong Kong, but don't speak the local language. I'm sure this applies to millions of other users as well. So why is there not an option to change the default language displayed from local language to English or whatever that the user speaks?
The only option there is is to change the setting from System Preference of my Mac, which I did but didn't help whatsoever.
The possible alternative solution is to change iTunes store location as there is no option to manage language within iTunes. When I attempted to change the iTunes store location from Hong Kong to say U.S., it erased my Apple music/automatically signed off. When I signed back in to my Apple music account, as it is registered with my Apple account in Hong Kong (I live here), everything (iTunes store AND Apple music) was set back to Hong Kong i.e. the display language was in Chinese yet again.
This seems to be an egregiously stupid oversight. Users should be able to choose the language that him/her is at the capacity to comprehend and not be discriminated against by forcing the user to read unintelligible gibberish so as to navigate through the service that him/her paid for.
I find this problem to be unnecessary and just outright negligent.
