UNABLE TO CHANGE ITUNES STORE/APPLE MUSIC LANGUAGE FROM DEFAULT TO ENGLISH

I live in Hong Kong, but don't speak the local language. I'm sure this applies to millions of other users as well. So why is there not an option to change the default language displayed from local language to English or whatever that the user speaks?

The only option there is is to change the setting from System Preference of my Mac, which I did but didn't help whatsoever.

The possible alternative solution is to change iTunes store location as there is no option to manage language within iTunes. When I attempted to change the iTunes store location from Hong Kong to say U.S., it erased my Apple music/automatically signed off. When I signed back in to my Apple music account, as it is registered with my Apple account in Hong Kong (I live here), everything (iTunes store AND Apple music) was set back to Hong Kong i.e. the display language was in Chinese yet again.

This seems to be an egregiously stupid oversight. Users should be able to choose the language that him/her is at the capacity to comprehend and not be discriminated against by forcing the user to read unintelligible gibberish so as to navigate through the service that him/her paid for.

I find this problem to be unnecessary and just outright negligent.

I have the same issue. I live in Germany and have an Apple account associated with the German Apple music/iTunes store/App store (German credit card) but I do not want to see all these stores/services in German language.

I have an iPhone and an iPad both set up with the same German Apple account. On the iPad these services appear in English while on the iPhone everything is in German. I want to make my iPhone configured and looked exactly the same like my iPad, but playing around with the iOS language & region settings doesn't help at all. The Apple music, iTunes store and App store always stay in German language.

I also have a Greek Apple account (associated with a Greek credit card) so what I did in my iPhone is to log out form the German account, log in to the Greek account and then log out again and log in back to the German Apple account. Then I noticed that Apple music is in English as I want it to be. However, this stays like this only as long as the iOS settings for Music->iCloud Music Library is turn off. By the time I turn iCloud Music Library on, Apple music gets back to German. There is also no way to change the iTunes store (eg. TV app) to English, just like it is in my iPad and see info about movies and videos in English language.

In other words, even though both devices are configured with exactly the same settings and use the same Apple account, the stores/services do not appear in the same language of my preference (either English or Greek) and It doesn't seem there is any option anywhere for changing this. I do not know why my iPad still displays these services in English, perhaps this is because on this device I never in the past selected Germany as region and never turned iCloud Music Library on. The automatic language selection for these stores and services looks like it is not based on a single criterion (e.g. the country where the credit card associated with your apple account is issued) but is uses a more complicated and sometimes conflicting way to determine the language involving other iOS settings too.

Apple should definitely do something for this! There are people who live form time to time in different countries, make online purchases from different stores and want to keep all these purchases on the same device. Their spoken language does not always match the local language of the country they are physically located each time. There should be a way to select the language of these services manually and switching between different stores should be much easier.
