Rename Junk folder

I need to rename my junk folder in Outlook as I keep getting an email from Microsoft saying there are two the same.

I don’t understand how to do it, is there anyone who could help please?

As Diana.McCall has suggested, you will need to sign into your Microsoft Account using a web browser. Try entering: https://outlook.live.com/owa/

This should take you to a login page for your Microsoft Account. Enter your Microsoft user credentials (username & password). A web page should open with your Outlook Mail account.

In the left-side window you should see all of your email account's mail folders. A number of these folders are "permanent." That is, you will NOT be able to rename them. These include the Inbox, Junk Email, Drafts, Sent Items, Deleted Items, & Archive folders.

When you access your Microsoft email, these are the folders that would appear on your iPad.

What you need to look for are other folders that may exist when you are accessing your mail using a web browser. This is where you may have more than one "Junk" folder.
