Red Spots on my Ipad Air 2 Screen

So one night, i was turning off a lamp that's in a fan above my bed, i accidentally pushed down on my iPad with my knee, and i didnt think anything was wrong, since it didnt look like it had any damage at first

Then when there was a black screen when my iPad was on, these red dots were on it!

I don't know what else to do, ive tried looking online to no avail, I thought they were stuck pixels and tried unsticking them, but it didnt work

Is there any way I can get these dots off without having the screen being repaired? If there isn't, then I gotta get it repaired

Thank You!

Oops ... this sounds like you opened the iPad. If you did so, that was a mistake, as Apple and Authorized Apple Service Centers will likely no longer touch this iPad.

If you never opened the iPad, take it to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess it and advise you how to proceed.
