Keychain certificate password lock / cannot export .p12

We have an active APP on the apple store and we are using pushwoosh (3rd party) push notification.

The certificate expired and im not able to create a new one since my keychain certificate folder is locked and i can't remember the pw used earlier.

I tried everything form deleting the whole thing to creating a new push certificate in apple and importing it back to my mac.

The .p12 certificate export feature is always greyed out!
