I Didn’t Get the Thanksgiving Day Challenge Award!

Even though I did a proper 3.2mi run, via the Workouts app on my Watch, I wasn’t awarded the Thanksgiving Day Challenge award. I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed. I went out on my rest day in the freezing cold and everything just to get this badge, and then for it not to register that I earned it... that’s just hurtful. I mean, it’s most important that I did the workout, of course, but I really did it for the special award. Any way I can get it to recognize my achievement retroactively?

Hi

If you met the requirements for an Activity Challenge but the achievement has not yet been awarded, then Apple advises that you should wait for up to nine days for it to be awarded:

If the issue persists, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support for assistance:

The following steps may also help:

If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest compatible software versions, starting with your iPhone:

Check your personal information:

  • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Health.
  • If the setting for Wheelchair currently states "Not Set", then change it to "No" and then restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:
