Missed calls without actually ringing

Hi,

I currently use an iPhone 6S and recently upgraded to iOS11.1.1. Since the update, I am not actually receiving some calls on the phone. When someone dials my number it directly sets a busy tone after one second of ringing and all I see is a missed call. Is there a way to rectify this and is anyone else facing this issue?
