How to type Hindi Font Correctly in Fcpx

You should try the different fonts provided by Apple -- Devanagari MT, ITF Devanagari, Kohinoor.

I don’t know any Hindi, but I remember there were some problems with other Asian languages and fonts some time ago. I don’t know if this is related though the problem was similar.

You could try this in a separate project and see if the same happens. Are there specific characters that are always affected or is this sort of random?

Could you try using a different font that has the appropriate characters (in case this caused by the specific font you are using)?

PS Another Apple devanagari font is Shree Devanagari
