iPhone X will is not discovering any bluetooth devices

My iPhone X will not discover any Bluetooth devices. It simply thinks forever. I have restarted the device and no changes. All devices I've tried are fully charged and working. One is even the speaker in a bundle package sold for the phone. I've tried with speakers, headphones and my car without success.
