I just reactivated my podbean account and re-published my podcast episodes. If they previously appeared in itunes (up until April this year), will they re-appear in itunes? I got this error message: The podcast is not included in the iTunes Store podcast directory. A technical error occurred with metadata, artwork, or attempting to download an episode in the podcast.

The problem appears to lie with your image, which is at

Although the dimensions are OK at 1400 x 1400 px, the file size is far too large at 1MB. You need to get it down below 500kB.
What appears in iTunes and the Store is entirely dependent on what's in the feed, so as long as your old episodes are in the feed they will appear in both places. (In the Store, the number of episodes is limited to 301, but there is no limit in iTunes.)
