Show full url in safari for google search

So, "Smart Search Field" is the dumbest thing ever. I want to copy a link to my search results, but even with "Show full website address" checked it only will display the search term... I want to copy the search url. Is there some hidden plist I can edit to make safari never hide search results?

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but an answer may be found in the way you are pasting the copied URL.


For example:


User uploaded file


After Safari returns its search results Select All then Copy that field.


Using Paste and Match Style results in the following:


User uploaded file
