I work with a realty company and most of our files have to be pdf and can you tell me how to do this on this MacBook Pro

How do you make the documents that you turn into PDFs? Most modern word processors can output PDFs from prepared documents. You can convert a document to a PDF by opening the Print dialog and choosing Print to PDF from the PDF drop-down menu. Or you can purchase Adobe Acrobat in which you create new PDF documents that contain all the features of true PDF.
