How can I have multiple Apple IDs logged in to one device at the same time?

I am wanting to use a software package available on Apple where I can monitor my grandkids screen time. In order for that to take place I need to create them an ID and have them logon to a device that is already logged onto by someone else. The documentation I’ve seen online doesn’t not match up with what I see using Apple IOS 11.1.2 That being said can someone provide the correct documentation with screen shots to support this request?

Yeah I know what you mean but you cannot use two IDs at the same time for any one service, that's the point I'm trying to make.

You can have more than one. For example, I use one Apple ID for iCloud, Messages, and FaceTime and another ID for the App Store and iTunes. Generally, I agree with you, but without more knowledge of the software/documentation being referred to, it is difficult to give a definite answer.
