"Books" option missing in ITunes (Windows 10)

I don't see a "Books" option in the dropdown menu (I see only "Music", "Movies", "TV Shows", "Podcasts", and "Audiobooks".)

I do have books and PDFs in my ITunes media library, and I can view those using the iBooks app on my iPhone 6.

I just got a new iPhone (8) and restored it from a backup of the iPhone 6, and found that only a handful of books were available in the iBooks app; the remaining had disappeared. Clearly the backup restoration was selective (music, podcasts, photos, and others were copied), and didn't include all the books (any ideas why?)

I would like to be able to sync all the books and documents from the old phone to the new one, but I don't know how to do that if ITunes doesn't provide a books option to let me manage such content.

Any help would be appreciated.

ITunes version: 12.7.1.14 (Windows)

New iPhone: 8: iOS 11.0.3

Old iPhone: 6: iOS 10.3.3

Thank you.

See Managing apps with iTunes 12.7 or later. You can load your iBooks purchases from your purchase history directly on the device. Other eBooks and PDFs can be loaded up by dragging from Windows Explorer onto the device where it appears in the iTunes sidebar, or transferred using iCloud Drive, Dropbox, etc.
