iphone 7 loading circle/spinning wheel

Can anyone help me, my iphone 7 constantly loading circle/spinning wheel after few second then ask for a passcode, then heated up my iphone. do any of you know how to fix it? Should i update to the latest version? if same thing happen, what should i do?
