My iPhone 5s’ screen is starting to gradually go black, is it battery related?

My phone’s screen has started to turn black starting from the upper right corner, it’s starting to spread within the week, is this related to a battery issue?

Try the forced restart. If that does not fix the problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar or an authorized service provider to check the phone.
