Pending purchase??

I pre-ordered an album without realizing didn't have the money, three songs were released and they all downloaded despite me only being able to pay for two of them. It says the song is pending and my payment method cannot be authorized, when I try to report a problem it says "This purchase is not eligible for a refund", and on top of that I cant update or download anything without getting stuck in a verification loop. Is there any way to fix this?
