Iphone x incoming call display delay problem

I went to apple Stor 2 times first one they confirmed it’s hardware issue and they will replace the display but I refused I didn’t pay 1200$ to replace display after 2 month ,

Second time I went again and they reviewed they old case and this time they surprise me it’s not hardware it’s software issue!! then I ask when next update will be ? Their answer was We Don’t know !!

Now I’m suffering with the phone but I’m thinking it’s the time to shift to samsung after 7 years with apple

I went Apple store 3 times still Apple not find any solution for this issue . I can’t answer any call , all my clients complaining because of this issue “ why ua not answering ?” Since 6 year am using Apple now planing to switch .

I bought 28 days before the phone now asking 600$ for replacing , 😳😁 great work from Apple keep t up , worst service

The problem I don’t like indroid but why not try I’m thinking in samsung note 8 or the new S9 plus at least samsung when she had problems with note 7 she admitted and refund money to their customer not like apple which they are don’t care about customers

Lolololol I have stopped commenting here as these guys don’t understand all they r doing is sitting and cursing Apple have said so many times in this thread that the problem is solved , seems they don’t understand. Infact I have commented on other threads also in Apple forums so that maybe some could be benifited but here guys have their own opinion without giving things a try ..... not fit to be using the latestbtech

We should learn to trust a brand name rather than keep talking negatively that adds no value to anyone in life. Apple is so far superior compared to any other platform of mobiles and computers. Give apple time and all will be fine. If you cannot trust apple then dont use it.

Love ur comments juve, people need to understand its a new phone with things in it which no phone has ever had so there have to be problems but with time they get solved and moreover these are related to software , yes the bug is very annoying but has be resolved and these guys are adamant not to install the beta version , I heard someone say that betas are not official lol I’m first time apple user had a nightmare for 3 months with this bug but now all solved and I’m enjoying using it

dude firstly apple is not my parent company , next i dint ask u to respect them its just u need to give them time there are millions of handsets and users and then "N" number of accounts linked with those users , apple needs time to check why is the issue only on certain handsets and only then they can rectify it. this issue was not highligted from day one Rakesh verma had commented here on this thread in december i had got this issue in November only but did not know anything about apple forums anyways it depends on the individual how u take it. here in india the indian government policies dont allow apple to exchange the handset easily which is unlike in the USA there u can get a replacement immediately .

every phone has some or the other issues gimme one exanple of a handset which is flawless from day 1, and ya to sum up im a first time iphone user and never commented anything to offend any one , handset is yours use it or throw it, its your call enjoy

Worst support from Apple

I went Apple store in Dubai mall of emirates . It’s my 4 th time boat for the same issue , wait for an hour for an appointment and give replay we can’t do anything. Apple didn’t find any solution for it . Spoke with the store manager ,”she respond like even am using iPhonex and if I have same lik issue I ll wait for Apple to find a solution “ best answer lost trust in Apple . I spent 4500 dirham for the phone and waiting now 2 month baught t on Jan 31 th

Just try to chill and please pay some heed to what people like satyen and juve.1986 are saying. I completely understand that this issue is a **** lot frustrating and we (iPhone X users) don’t deserve it at all but just try to install ios 11.3 beta and you’ll be glad to know that the issue is gone forever. It’s a very easy process and will take minutes.

Apple will never suggest a normal user to install beta because that is only for the developers and also betas have some bugs in the initial stages so ignore that and install ios 11.3 beta 5. I myself have tested ios 11.3 beta 5 and it is flawless.

Follow the steps below to install ios 11.3 beta

It will prompt to install a profile , click allow and then follow the process. Restart the device and then check for software updates and you will get it.

Again u wanna blame apple , look try and understand it’s not a small shop that they put hoardings of sale and all it’s like Lakhs of users and multiple accounts linked with that they need to be very careful while doing anything like that ... u forget when they just said that they slow down phones when battery gets old and they have million dollar cases filed aganist them , there r many fools in the world like in this thread so they never announce fixs for such small bugs it’s got late to resolved as it was not indentified by so many people initially
