When ever i receive an incoming call in my iphone x , ringtones starts but the display come sin after 6-8 seconds .
When ever i restart my iphone x the problems gets automatically solved and after 15-20 calls the same problem starts again
I have performed the hard reset as well as the soft reset of my iphone x but it was of no use .

Hi! I have tried everything possible. From restarts to restore everything. I am still faving the same problem. Despite Apple having global warranty now, in india, noone is answering my queries. Have you found a solution? I cant answer any calls cause i cant see them! What a waste of a having phone
Yes media has covered it lately. And i see that lot of users have reported this. However Apple states that the problem is rare and they are working on it.. Dont know whether 11.3 will solve it, but chances are more. Do you know when they are planning to release it...
i have exactly the same problem and this bug annoys me as it is my business phone.
For example, i got a call, i wanna check a contact or information during a call, i cannot !
OR i am calling my partners and i need to key in the extension number, i cannot neither !

Same problem and even after shutting down it starts again after a few calls.
Another problem is that i am not able to accept terms and conditions of New icloud. I have tried many times but it doesnt happen.
My friend has also taken iphoneX and he has transferred data from iphone 6 but he is not facing this issue.
Can these problems be due to data tranafer from 7+ ?
Actually in the latest ios discription it was no where mentioned that this ios fixes the display delay for iPhone X.
Just don't know when apple will solving this issue. Paying so much of money for this kind of defect, its really embarrassing......!
Yes we cannot.Its been 3 months but every time i call them,they tell the same thing.How can someone wait for so long.The problem is with the basic feature of a phone.Its the main function of the phone which cannot be compromised with.
It will mate cheers atlast we got rid of it it’s almost 72 hours for me I’m using and I get almost 100 calls a day so almost 300 calls and no lag , seems a dream come true after the trauma we all suffered buying such a expensive phone I got it changed by my pocket . It’s just we all were late to voice our issues to Apple many like me Rakesh and Yash did post from day 1 but the more the merrier , so we learn a lesson to make it possible to reach out to Apple and be patient

It will prompt to install a profile , click allow and then follow the process. Restart the device and then check for software updates and you will get it.
I have the same problem, even when I restart my phone, it works for15 20 calls then the problem occur, same thing, vibrate and ringtone starts, but the display shows you that you have a call, even when it s turn on, after , 5-10 seconda. It’s a 1000$ phone, this kind of problems shouldn’t occur. Did Apple response some how to this?
This issue is not resolved , even with the latest update. And apple is so stubborn that on a device which is 1000$ plus and in warranty they won’t issue replacement.

To all those who keep complaining like small kids. If you cant be patient throw the phones stop yapping and go buy samsung.
The issue has been solved for 99% of the people if urs is not then contact Apple they will give u some work arounds and ask u to install a profile in ur handset then they will ask u to collect the logs via iTunes and send it to their team and u will also get a official ticket for the same Apple has to solve it , stop blaming them the issue must be with ur data as maximum have got it solved it’s almost 15 days i have not restarted my handset
I went Apple store second time with this same issue . After wait around 2 hour for the appointment and the technician came and inform me iPhone X have this problem Apple couldn’t find any solution till yet . So u need to wait for it . I naught iPhone with the trust in Apple . Please advise who are going to buy iPhone X , please don’t
During a conversation the screen goes black - hence I cannot use the diary to check dates and I cannot end the call from may phone - after pressing the side button several times the phone sometimes wakes up but often goes back to sleep before I can do anything
