When ever i receive an incoming call in my iphone x , ringtones starts but the display come sin after 6-8 seconds .
When ever i restart my iphone x the problems gets automatically solved and after 15-20 calls the same problem starts again
I have performed the hard reset as well as the soft reset of my iphone x but it was of no use .

I would try to install a fresh copy of iOS 11.2.
To do it, make a full backup of your device's content, then restore it to factory settings, following the steps provided in this support article, setting your iPX as new:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Then restore it from your previously made backup.

I dont know whether all iphone X users are facing this... because whenever i call or chat with an apple advisor they say, they have not heard abt this problem before. That is where this gets scary..if they dont know abt it how they are going to solve it
Just had a talk to one of their customer care representative at Singapore today.
They acknowledged that they have got the complaints of display delay while incoming calls and they will find the permanent solution for this in coming days very soon.
No update has solved this yet. The problem wont be there for 3 days and then it will come again... Seriously man $1500 gone down the drain. I could have got two samsung s8 or note 8. Atleast they do the basics of a phone. REGRET BUYING THE IPHONE X every single day. Just dont understand why this news is not popping out...

I am facing the same issue. Have noticed this since the last one week or so. Once you restart iphone X it works fine and the goes back to the issue. I hope they resolve the issue asap. Apple needs to push its team to quickly resolve this issue. Totally dissatisfied their promptness to resolve the problem.
If this is not solved by 11.2.5 then i dont think this will be solved anytime before March before 11.3 comes. I was constantly suspicious that apple has not yet started finding a solution to this problem or worse, there is no solution to this problem...... By the way, how much do you get for selling the iphone X 256 GB which is 2 months old.. am sick of this junk which cannot display contacts while ringing
I also have the same problem. I bought my iphone X last week at apple store singapore, and now more than 12 hours my phone screen is black but i still get my notification and incoming calls but i can not see anything. What should ido ??

Second it’s typical models which are having NV this issue
And it has no solution as NOT all iPhone X users have this problem
It’s manufacturing defect in some models
No official acceptance or word from Apple , seems we should complain to
Samsung for this until the competitor highlights things don’t work !!

Rohit it’s officially confirmed that this issue is a major problem and they are working on it u can chat or talk to Apple care . I had the screenshots of the chat but deleted them or else I could show u . And again I repeat as per them it’s a software glitch and they are trying to resolve it asap I myself have collected logs using a installed profile and given in to their engineers also have a ticket for that
Hello to all users!I spoke right now wit Apple Customer Care,they told me noboby report this problem to Apple Care and nobody sends logs t and then Apple cant resolve this problem.People go on and call Apple:-)
IPhone X will get discontinued this year.
It’s price will also fall very steeply this year.

What u r saying is crap I myself have provided them with logs and yes they r late in resolving it and abt the X getting discontinued it had too as it’s pretty expensive and a anniversary model stop calling it a failure well all I know the issue is software related and all phones have something or else we all r getting mad just because we have paid a heavy amount buying this, which now all find a waste . But better things ahead wait for them to solve it rest depends on individuals
