I would try to install a fresh copy of iOS 11.2.

To do it, make a full backup of your device's content, then restore it to factory settings, following the steps provided in this support article, setting your iPX as new:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Then restore it from your previously made backup.

No one is calling it a failure in fact it is a trendsetter

But this iPhone X plus and iPhone X second generation will come

And due to high price this will go Iphone 5 way with limited edition and Apple won’t cut its price this year in fact Apple will stop manufacturing iPhone X this year

So this model is a one year wonder only

It’s confirmed

Active LCD display panels and OLED panels will make way this year .

**** right. How can someone call X a failure cz of a mere software issue. I see pple talking too much over nothing. You dont like X thats your personal opinion dont stamp it to others. Am 110% happy with my X. Apple is way too big to let small issues hinder their super product. Sit calm and wait for solution instead of yapping arou

Guys take it the other way round it’s a special anniversary edition the X and they have to discontinue as other models will not be as costly as this and new models rumours still not up to the features of this X . About the delay yes it is a flaw but which handsets don’t have it Samsung note 8 still hangs I have it , so guys chill and let’s know if someone updated to 11.2.5 and the issue solved or no

Hello All

I am sorry to say ios 11.2.5 dint resolved the call display delay problem .

The problem is still the same as it was before

Apple seems to have failed in rectifying this problem , otherwise apple would have resolved it by nw

A lot of guys posted by saying that , pls dont talk rubbish apple is working on it

I just want to ask those guys as to till date what has apple done to resolve this issue

As its almost 2.5 months from the day iphone x was launched and till date there is no solution to it

Jan 25, 2018 7:24 AM in response to MarkChuayk

So it’s been more than 24 hours that I updated to 11.2.5 plus, removed True Caller and stopped Google contact sync. And not had that problem yet. Maybe 12-14 incoming calls so far.

Not sure if this will stay, but will post a comment if and when it does.

Not that Apple has been helpful; I’ve been in touch with them for over two months. But if this works, then at least the phone is useable.

The problem is still dere even after installing ios 11.2.5

Chill up sir

This problem wont be resolved ever

As if it cud then it should have been resolved by nw

I bought iphone x on the same day of launch

Its Almost three months

And till date no solution for this disgusting prob

So make it a habit of restarting this phone daily as soon as you wake up
