How do I turn off theater mode ?

Follow the instructions here to turn off Theatre Mode via Control Centre:

• Be a considerate moviegoer with Theater Mode
• Use the Control Center on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

As you will see from the steps explained in the documentation, it is possible that you activated the mode via accidental screen interactions.

Tap your Apple Watch. Swipe up for control center. Scroll down until you see the mask icon. Make sure you unhighlight it.
