Not receiving group texts
I have restart phone and network and still not receiving.

Thanks for posting your question in the Apple Support Community. I understand you're unable to receive group messages.
The first thing I recommend to check is that your group message setting is on. To check this go to Settings > Messages > Group Messaging. Make sure this feature is toggled on (green).
