I would do a backup, then restore and update via iTunes

I would do a backup, then restore and update via iTunes
mine too. need to fix this. Someone replied in a post I did that the solution is to do a factory Reset to the iPhone. That can't possibly be a solution. Not for a company like apple :/
Already did the restore and problem continues.
