iMac Late 2012 freeze

Hi everyone,

First of all, I wan't to say sorry for my English, my first language is French.

Since a couple of days, my iMac starts to freeze at anytime. This morning it freeze when I'm watching facebook. Yesterday it freeze when I go to user windows (my son wants to go in his session). I need to reboot it with the power button at the back of the Mac. I format the HDD and reinstall a clean copy of High Sierra without any backup and the problem persist.

I run a Apple hardware test and nothing was founded. I'll copy here the etrecheck result (sorry the result are in French, I can do it in English if needed.
